Compare what the screen shows
No current pet-income chart is verified for Fake an Egg. Compare two pets by reading each displayed cash-per-second rate under the same boosts, then writing the cost separately. A higher rate is not automatically the better buy if one number includes a boost and the other does not.
The only readable rate in the reviewed introduction is on Bunny: Common, $3/s, at 1:00 in the Mr Red Dangerous video. Boosts, capture date, and cost are not in that frame. Rainbow Cat is on screen at the same moment, but chat covers the income, so this site does not assign a number.
Do not infer a rate from the word Common, from RAINBOW, or from a pet in a different Roblox game.
Fields worth writing down
| Field | What to copy | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pet label | Exact name and any prefix | Variants are not the same record |
| Displayed rate | The number and "per second" | This is the projection base |
| Boost state | None, a multiplier, or an event | Stops you applying a boost twice |
| Cost | Acquire or upgrade price, or "not shown" | Payback needs a cost |
| Replaced pet | Its label and rate | Separates a new pet from an upgrade |
| Date | The session date | A video frame is not today's rate |
Two different payback questions
Simple payback divides the full cost by the projected rate. It answers how long constant earnings would take to match that cost. It does not include downtime, a stolen pet, or a boost that expires.
Incremental payback divides only the extra cost by the extra rate over the pet you already have. Using the new pet's full rate makes a replacement look faster than it is.
Worked arithmetic, labeled as hypothetical and not as game data:
| Case | Cost | Rate | Simple payback |
|---|---|---|---|
| Video-style snapshot plus a made-up cost | 300 | $3/s | 100 seconds |
| A different made-up pet | 1,000 | $5/s | 200 seconds |
| Extra cost of a replacement | 1,500 extra | +$3/s | 500 seconds |
The income payback calculator uses the same idea in cycles. Its starter values are 300 cost and 180 extra cash per 1-minute cycle, which is $3/s held constant for one minute. Replace them.
When a multiplier is already in the number
If the interface shows a final boosted rate, enter a multiplier of 1. RAINBOW, GOLD, and DIAMOND appear in the introduction video. Their formulas do not. Details are on Mutations. The cash readout itself is summarized under Displayed cash rate.
A rarity label is not a rate. If a value is missing, leave it missing. Ranking Rainbow Cat above or below Bunny would require both rates under the same conditions, and the cat's rate is obscured.
